Michele Dougherty - SJHS Class of '68

Michele is back in South Jersey. She had been in the convent for 34 years and decided to leave due to the health of her mother who passed away in October2002. Michele is an assistant manager at the A.C. Moore arts and crafts store near Runnemede. While in the convent, she had been the chair of the Art department and taught at Immaculata College . Following the World Trade Center terrorist attacks, she was in New York feeding the "Ground Zero" site recovery workers at Nino's restaurant.
